I needed my leaking skylight replaced in an hurry and Millstream was the most responsive company. They also came in with the most competitive quote and the quickest install schedule. Their staff was incredibly accommodating with my tight schedule and even managed to get the finish carpenter to come out same day as the installation to complete the project. Other companies were going to charge additional money for finish work after the install or wouldn’t perform finish work. Millstream by far had the best warranty and even mailed me a hard copy of my warranty certificate following the install. I am so glad I chose Millstream and will definitely reach out to them again for future jobs.
I had an amazing experience with Millstream Construction - from meeting with David to get a quote for a roof replacement; to the ease of scheduling; the professionalism of the crew (Alistair); and the very responsive and friendly administrative staff in the office (Paula & Candi). I got multiple quotes for the roof replacement and while Millstream wasn't the "cheapest" I firmly believe you get what you pay for - and in this case I paid for a roof that I love and am confident in.
Note: There was a tiny scratch in the paint of one of my doors (from the demo of the old roof) and Alistair INSISTED on fixing it. (As an aside - let your home insurance carrier know about your new roof - you get a credit on your premium!)

Millstream was very helpful throughout the entire process of our new roof and interior work.
From the beginning, Dave took the time to meet with our insurance adjustor to review the damages on our old roof and make sure we got the best treatment from our insurer. Allister did a great job coordinating work as we assessed the new roof's performance under rain and did an extra sweep for nails in our yard on his own. Chris's expertise for the interior was much appreciated as he discovered the need for additional adjustments to the initial roof installation which Millstream promptly addressed. Steve rushed over when we noticed what looked like water under the roof fan and resolved the issue immediately. They even cleaned up the debris in our attic from the new roof when it was all finished, and also promptly sent an adjustment check when we noticed the initial quote was a little bit different than the final amount.
Overall, a fantastic experience and we highly recommend them. Thank you to Millstream for their patience and expertise throughout the process!

Our entire experience with millstream has been absolutely wonderful! Chris, the owner is kind, and respectful and the whole rest of the team is just as great to work with. We will definitely use millstream again, and I would recommend their great service to anyone else too.

I was so happy with my experience with Millstream Construction. I got a new roof and gutters. I got a slightly lower estimate from another company, but that person only flew a drone over my house to look at the roof when I wasn't home. Dave from Millstream looked at the roof and went into the attic. His thoroughness really boosted my confidence. Candi was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this company!

I recently had a new roof installed by Millstream construction LLC. The quality of the work ethic and performance were outstanding, from the promptness of the initial visit to the completion of the project. At every step of the process I was given detailed information on how, what and when. The fact that I have an existing solar system on my home was a major concern, in that I didn’t want a lengthy downtime in my energy production. Millstream Construction did just that, I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them for any further projects.

My wife and I were a bit nervous about getting our roof done because of the huge expense, the potential for shoddy work and just the whole mess that it would cause in our yard. We also had no idea how much wood would have to be replaced due to rot (another big expense). We got several estimates, and by far, Millstream was the most professional and meticulous about explaining to us exactly what we needed and how much it would cost. Dave, their attentive representative, spent a couple hours examining our roof and even going into the attic to see where the wood was compromised. Although the quote was a little bit more expensive than some other small outfits, we are so glad we went with Millstream. We were absolutely blown away by their skilled work! They had the equipment, the team and the experience to get the job done right. After doing a thorough inspection, moreover, they even came back to correct/improve a few areas. We also really appreciate the care they put into the flashing around the chimney. The roof looks solid and beautiful, and our yard was left spotless. We now can sleep well at night knowing that we went with the pros- worth every penny! I would highly recommend Millstream for any roofing job. Just call Dave. Having work done at our home over the years, Andrew, the companies manager for the removal and installation of our new roof made our contracting experiance a dream come true. Crew was very professional and proficient to it's completion. Thank you for wonderful work
